FICSA participation in the 17th session of the HR Network

The HR Network brings together human resources professionals from throughout the UN organizations to decide on the position of the Network on the items to be discussed at the International Civil Service Commission (ICSC), and to make decisions on other human resources-related issues.

At its 17th session, the Network had an extensive agenda with around 40 documents to cover in only three days. Most of the items were discussed in two stages: an initial discussion early in the session and a more in-depth discussion after the documents had been reviewed by smaller groups, mostly on the last day of the session.

Management Leadership Programme

Establishing a lump-sum security evacuation allowance

Staff Security and Safety

UN cares

JIU study on staff-management relations

Provisions governing compensation for service-incurred death or disability
