62nd FICSA Council: Venue and dates

We have the pleasure to inform you that the 62nd Council will take place from 2 to 6 February 2009 at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris and take this opportunity to wholeheartedly thank the UNESCO STU and its Administration for the kind invitation and facilities.
