Field Issues

Around 60% of UN system staff working on contracts funded by the regular budget work outside headquarters duty stations. At FICSA, the Standing Committee on Conditions of Service in the Field addresses the concerns of staff working in the field. FICSA organizes workshops on salary survey methodology and human resources in field duty stations every year.
